Paul White is the Technical Management Centre Manager for HAECO, the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd offering comprehensive aeronautical engineering and maintenance service to airlines and operators, highly recognized as being Kong International Airports only full service provider.

With a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Southall College of Technology, Paul began is career in the Aviation Industry as an Airframe and Engine Maintenance Technician for British Airways. Harnessing his talents, Paul was quickly promoted to Planning Engineer and swiftly advanced through a number of prestigious positions with Cathay Pacific Airways and Air Hong Kong before landing his current and all encompassing position managing the Technical Management Center for HAECO.

For the past year, Paul draws on extensive experience as he leads the delivery of all Line Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance operations for the company. Utilizing a broad spectrum of talents, Paul strategically plans and schedules all repairs, adhering to strict time constraints. Extending his abilities further, Paul excels in Staff Development, Training and introduces the Safety Management System ensuring all members of his team are highly qualified for tasks of varying complexities.

Paul is affiliated with HKWAS. In his free time, Paul enjoys coaching rugby, playing an integral role in the running of his local rugby club and traveling.
